1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.
2. Order Returns
We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.

3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.
4. Repair Service
We provide a repair service for Lomehair requiring fixing due to non-human damage. Available for orders within 90 days from receipt. Initiate the repair process:
